All Chess4Life tournaments provide students with an excellent opportunity to learn and practice important life skills. Sportsmanship, patience, concentration, respect, and the Chess4Life ideal of "Win, Draw, Learn" are some of the many skills necessary for successful tournament play and life!
This year, Chess4Life is offering Saturday Tournaments that serve as State Qualifiers. This event is for players grades K-6th with an open section for grades K-12th. Everyone will play five games (excluding byes due to odd numbers). If a player earns three points, they qualify for the State Elementary Tournament in April. (Registering for the State tournament is still required after qualifying.)
